We believe in sustainably harvested fish – those that are harvested in a managed way, without damaging the future of the population. We all also believe that sustainability means buying fish that have abundant native stock, are caught with a humane fishing method, that there is minimal impact on the environment, and that there is no bycatch, or waste of other fish caught.
