Welcome back! It is wonderful to see everyone and to be with our team again. Niall and I are so grateful for all of you. Camden plans to eat at firefly everyday this week, crab purses once again reign and all is right in her world.
We discovered during our soft opening this week that we may have overshot the mark on our hours. We are hiring for several key positions whose vacancies put pressure on the schedule. We do not want to burn our team out - quality of life and time with family for our crew is very important to Niall and I, so we need to make adjustments for our hours for a few more weeks until we can get these talents hired and trained.
Until then, we will remain closed on Sundays and Mondays, with the exception of Easter, until we have the teammates we need to keep everyone with a healthy work life balance. Our goal is to open for Sunday brunch starting May 2nd and Monday dinners on May 3rd. Please help us spread the word that we are hiring a bar and beverage manager, as well as an assistant front of house manager.
Your patience, understanding and feedback during this relaunch makes the bumps bearable, we are very sorry for any inconvenience. We will be open Easter Brunch from 10am to 3pm for anyone needing an Eggs Benny fix and we cannot wait to find the amazing new teammates that will allow for hollandaise every week.
