With our whole hearts we are happy to say, WELCOME BACK!
We have missed all of you, each other, our craft, our farm and connection. Our prayers are with everyone who has been impacted by this unprecedented pandemic. All of us at firefly will do everything in our power to keep our clients and our community safe while we reopen our doors.
I am in awe of our team, we have enhanced our menus, systems, service, bar, kitchen, cold storage, wine storage and leadership. Everyone is excited to take all these advancements out for a spin to see what they can do and to hear how you all savor them.
Going forward firefly will be closed Sunday evening and Monday day, except for holidays, in an effort to ensure quality of life and family time for our staff each week. Niall and I want to honor the efforts of our fireflies, including the Campbells, to slow down and breathe. For the remainder of the pandemic, we will also use this downtime to sanitize the restaurant top to bottom.
Niall and I hadn’t planned on doing another start-up this year, yet in many ways reopening is just that. Our soft start will begin with dinner service, add lunch service the following week and once all of our systems are running like a Tesla, we will launch our online ordering system. Shout out to Katie Koester for crushing this monumental task.
Your support during our closure and the outpouring of enthusiasm on our relaunch has helped us get through some difficult times. Our firefly family is blessed to have clients as amazing as you, we look forward to your feedback on our evolution and to breaking bread together once again.
